Will Couch To 5K Run Everyday? [Solved]

It’s easy to get started with Couch to 5K - just lace up your sneakers and go! I found that running every other day worked best for me, so I’d do a workout on Monday, rest on Tuesday, run again on Wednesday, rest Thursday and so on. Plus, it gave me something to look forward to each week. So far it’s been great - I’m feeling fitter and more energized than ever!
