Well, Voldemort wasn’t exactly hands-on in Half-Blood Prince. He pops up in Dumbledore’s Pensieve, but that’s about it. Still, his orders to Draco Malfoy keep the story rolling. Basically, he threatened to kill Draco and his family if he didn’t take out Dumbledore. Yikes!
