USEC had to act fast to get rid of any evidence that could be used against them. They wanted to make sure BEAR didn’t get their hands on anything that could incriminate them. So they did whatever it took to protect their property and keep the Russians from snooping around. It was a race against time, but USEC managed to pull it off!
