Hello, iam Linnea Garrison, Have a blessed day.
Why Is It Called Black Irish? [Solved]
Well, the term “black Irish” has been around for a while. Basically, it’s used to describe people of Irish descent who have dark hair and/or eyes - supposedly from the Spanish Armada that sailed in the mid-15th century. It can be confusing ‘cause it doesn’t mean they have dark skin. So, if you hear someone talking about black Irish, that’s what they’re referring to!
