Hi, iam Joel Brown, I hope you have the best day today.

Why Is Green Go And Red Stop? [Solved]

Well, back in the 1840s, the Brits got all fired up about their railroads and came up with a system of flags, lamps and semaphore signals. Red meant danger, white meant safe to go and green was like a warning - proceed with caution. It was kinda like how factories used red to show when machines were off and green when they were on. Pretty clever!
