Why Do The Elderly Not Feel The Heat? [Solved]
As we age, our bodies don’t handle heat as well. Glands don’t produce as much sweat, and the heart can’t circulate blood efficiently, so less heat is released from our skin. All of our systems - from the cardiovascular to the immune - have a hard time keeping up. Yikes!
