Why Can’T We Sleep Through Night In The Winter? [Solved]
When the days get shorter and the sun’s rays become scarce, our moods tend to take a nosedive. Our energy levels drop and we just don’t feel as good as we do when it’s sunny out. We’re more likely to be tired and sluggish in winter, since our serotonin levels are lower and melatonin is higher. All we want is a few extra Z’s!
